Careers

At the group's companies, work ends when it is in production. The person we look for is the one who does not leave it before that.

Hiring happens at the company, not at the group.

Moz Group does not run a shared HR pool. The team is built, the interviews are held and the offer is made by the company where the work will happen — because it knows best who is needed. The group only carries the common frame: compensation principles, working arrangements and information security practices are consistent across the companies.

01

Someone who justifies the decision

If you picked an architecture, a library or an approach, we expect you to be able to say why. How you reached the answer matters more to us than the answer itself.

02

Someone who can work with constraints

We work in regulated domains. Data residency, auditability and downtime-free migration are given conditions in most projects; we look for people who treat them as design inputs rather than obstacles.

03

Someone who finishes

A working system is worth more than an elegant prototype. Rollout, migration and operation are part of the job — here, work ends when it is in production.

How the process works

  1. 01Send your application to the group address; it is routed to the relevant company.
  2. 02The first conversation is with someone from the team doing the work — no HR filter.
  3. 03Technical assessment runs on a real problem; no puzzles.
  4. 04At the end you get a reasoned answer, including when it is a no.

Which company will you work at?

  • Neuros TechnologyAI and enterprise software
  • SentinelFuel technology
  • Galata MediaMedia and production
  • NemiRetail analytics

This page keeps no list of open positions: hiring runs at the company level, and a list sitting on the group site turns into wrong information the day a role closes. Send your application directly; it is routed to the relevant company.
