Fields of activity

The group operates in six fields: alongside software and artificial intelligence, fuel, manufacturing and trade are also its business.

01

Enterprise software

Software that fits an institution's own processes, in regulated and high-volume domains.

The group's oldest field of activity. End-to-end systems are built in domains with little room for error — public sector, finance, health, logistics and retail — from requirements and architecture through development, rollout and operation. What distinguishes the work is not scale but constraint: data residency, auditability, coexistence with existing systems and migration without downtime are given conditions in most projects.

Scope

  • End-to-end system design and development
  • Integration with existing systems
  • Data migration and downtime-free cutover
  • Rollout and operational support

02

Artificial intelligence

Models put to work rather than on display: systems that are measured, stoppable and accountable.

The group treats artificial intelligence not as a separate product category but as a layer that goes inside enterprise systems. Agent architectures, document understanding, conversation processing and decision support are the current applications of that layer. The shared rule: what the model does is on the record, its authority is defined, and an operator can stop the loop at any moment. No gain is claimed that cannot be measured.

Scope

  • Agent architectures and autonomous workflows
  • Document and conversation understanding
  • Decision support and scoring
  • Model cost and performance measurement

Fuel

The group's work in the field: fuel station operation.

Moz Group is not only a software group. Operating fuel stations is the group's most concrete activity in the field, and it is also what feeds the technology side: we know where the operation breaks down between a tanker delivery and a shift close because we actually run one. The station management system built by the group company Sentinel was written with that knowledge — it ran at our own station first, then became a product.

Scope

  • Station operation
  • Fuel supply and stock management
  • Field operations and shift management
  • Proving our own software in the field

Manufacturing

The group's industrial arm: an investment in its own production facility.

The word "Industry" in the trade name is not a formality. The group is investing in a production facility of its own; the aim is to run part of the supply chain in-house rather than buy it outside, and to take what is produced to market through the group's own trade channels. This field follows the same principle as the digital side: knowing how the thing you sell is made.

Scope

  • Production facility investment
  • Supply chain and procurement
  • Domestic and foreign trade
  • Digitalisation of production processes

Retail analytics

Enterprise products that read store, sales and cost on one analytics layer.

In retail chains data is plentiful but scattered: sales in one place, stock in another, cost often nowhere. Work in this field focuses on gathering scattered sources into a single model and giving management KPI-level visibility. Products that bring sales and regional performance onto one panel, and products that make cost visible from the moment an order is placed, run in this field.

Scope

  • Sales and regional performance analytics
  • Cost visibility from the moment of order
  • KPI-based management dashboards
  • Store and product clustering

Media and production

The creative arm that shapes what a brand says as much as how it looks.

The group's media arm runs work that reaches from brand identity to content production and digital publishing. The visual language of the group's companies is set here too: explaining what technology companies build, in a way people can follow, is its own discipline, and the group chooses to keep it in-house rather than buy it outside.

Scope

  • Brand identity and visual language
  • Content production
  • Digital publishing
  • Brand support for group companies
