Data Protection Notice

Prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data controller

The data controller is Moz Group. The processing described here covers only the corporate site at mozgroup.com.tr; the group companies' own sites and products are covered by their own notices.

Personal data processed

Because the site contains no data-collecting form, no data such as your name, e-mail or telephone reaches us while you browse. The only category processed is the transaction security records the server keeps technically: IP address, requested path, browser identification and timestamp.

If you choose to send an e-mail to the address published on the site, the identity and contact details you share in that message are also processed within this scope.

Purpose and legal basis

Server records are processed to ensure information security and detect abuse, on the grounds of legal obligation under Article 5/2-(ç) and legitimate interest under Article 5/2-(f). E-mail correspondence is processed to answer your request, on the ground of direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract under Article 5/2-(c).

Transfer

Your personal data is not transferred or sold to third parties for marketing. Transfer occurs in only two cases: routing your request to the group company it concerns, and lawful requests from authorised public bodies.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; request that these actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Applications

You may submit requests concerning your rights to the e-mail address published on this site. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
